Ingredients 800g lamb chops
3 glasses olive oil

lemon 1 tsp. cumin
1 c. of cinnamon
1 c. coffee tidal el hanout
1 c. Coffee ground ginger 1 clove garlic
1/2 bunch coriander
5 mint leaves Salt and pepper Preparation
1. Prepare marinade: squeeze half a lemon and add in cumin , cinnamon, raz el hanout, ginger and crushed garlic. Put everything in a blender and add the olive oil and mix everything with cilantro and mint. finally Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
2. In a shallow dish, place the lamb chops, then coat them with the marinade. Marinate for 1 hour.
3. Heat the Kokko and cook chops for 3 minutes on each side by mixing them into the marinade. Lower intensity Kokko and let slowly cook the meat for 5 min.
4. Arrange the chops on a plate. It remains for you to enjoy.
