Fillet of haddock Italian
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 4 fillets of haddock
1 ball of mozzarella 4 slices cured ham
4 c. Coffee tomanade basil Preparation
1. Cut 4 slices of mozzarella.
2. Place a slice of mozzarella on each fish fillet (on the edge) with a spoon tomanade. Roll your nets.
3. Then Wrap your nets with a slice of ham. Keep all with a toothpick. On your preheated Kokko, cook 3 minutes on each side your maximum heat roulades then reduce heat and cook for another 4 minutes you have your meatballs covered with aluminum foil.
4. Make your plate, it's ready!
