Ingredients 2 steaks bonito
flour 6 cloves of garlic olive oil
Vinegar Salt
and pepper Preparation:
1. cook your Kokko your garlic cloves with olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Remove the preparation when the pods become transparent. Book your sauce (make sure it does not cool).
2. Roll your steaks in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
3. Cook your bonito in Kokko oiled minutes on each side and baste with sauce. Make your plate and enjoy!
