Grilled tuna and salsa verde
Cooking time: 2 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 4 tuna pavers
Salt and pepper Olive oil
For salsa verde:
10 green olives 2 tablespoons capers coffee
1 red onion 1 stalk celery 1 red onion
green pepper 1 half few mint leaves
juice and zest of one lemon 2 tablespoons
soup of olive oil 1 tablespoon wine vinegar Preparation
1. Prepare your salsa verde: chop the ingredients and mix them with olive oil, vinegar, and lemon. Season and refrigerate until meal.
2. Salt and pepper your pavers tuna and sprinkle them with a little olive oil. Grill them on your hot Kokko one minute on each side.
