Skewers of veal and chicken

Ingredients 4 veal cutlets
4 chicken cutlets

onions 80 g brown sugar
10 c . soy sauce 2 tsp
. balsamic vinegar Preparation
1. Start by cutting your medium diced scallops to make kebabs. Prick each piece of meat on a skewer, alternating chicken and veal. Slice your onions.
2. Heat your Kokko over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and add the brown sugar. Caramelize then add the onion. Sauté a few minutes, until the onion is browned.
3. Place your meat kebabs on other side of Kokko and cook for about ten minutes, turning regularly. 2 minutes before end of cooking add the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Skewers will still caramelize.
4. Remove all of the plancha. You can accompany your skewers with lemon risotto. You can find this recipe on the blog of the corner of gourmet.
