Tandoori pork
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 5 min - For 2 people
Ingredients 4 pieces of pork
1 cl. Coffee Spice Tandoori Masala
2 Cl. tablespoon
1 sweet red pepper olive oil 1 onion
Salt Preparation:
1. In a vessel, prepare the marinade for meat. Mix the olive oil, tandoori and salt.
2. Add spice to your preparation. To do this, cut the top of the peppers, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Finish by adding the sliced onion.
3. Your marinade is ready, it'll just plunge your pieces of pork for 1 hour. Heat your griddle. Once the plate is hot, enter the meat and marinade.
4. After 5 minutes of cooking, turn your songs. Cook for 5 minutes and enjoy!
