Tournedos béarnaise
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 30 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 4 tournedos of beef 150 g butter
2 yolks 2 eggs c. of vinegar tarragon
2 c. tablespoons chopped tarragon
Salt and pepper 1 tsp. mixing Soup 5
berries 1 c. cumin coffee grains
1 c. to coriander seeds coffee
1 c. oregano dried coffee
1 c. tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
1. Make marinated meat cool: spray the steaks olive oil and roll in the crushed spice (mixture 5 bays, cumin, coriander and oregano). Get out meat fifteen minutes before the cuisson.
2. With your Kokko steel cook meat at your convenience.
3. Make a béarnaise sauce by heating the vinegar with the Chalotte and tarragon. Then add the two egg yolks out of the fire. Return to the heat to thicken the sauce and add the cold butter off the heat.
4. Serve and enjoy this delicious dish.
