20 cl
white rum 100 g butter
300 g powdered sugar
Preparation: 1. Prepare
singeing in a small pan and bring the white rum, 10 g butter and a teaspoon of sugar. Ìäpluchez bananas.
2. On the griddle over low heat, make melt the remaining butter and sugar. When the sugar caramelize, add the bananas and let them back on each side about 2 minutes.
3. 2 options available to you: Either flambé bananas on the grill. Either train them bananas on a flat, heat buckling on the griddle until it is warm (35g). Then flambé in a saucepan.
