Duck Kebabs with apricots

Ingredients
2 duck breasts
4 apricots 1 c. tablespoon oil
1 c. soy sauce 1 c
. sherry
1 vinegar c. tablespoon honey
Herbes de provence Salt and pepper Preparation
degrease your duck breasts and cut them into cubes. After washing your apricots cut into four.
Make your marinade by mixing all ingredients. Prick alternating your duck and apricot pieces on skewers.
Brush your marinade skewers and keep cool for one hour. On
Kokko your griddle, cook the skewers 2-3 minutes on each side.
