Rosemary Salmon Skewers
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 5 pm - For 4 people
Ingredients
2 salmon steaks
2 onions new
4 sprigs of rosemary
Tomato confit
soy sauce
Oil olive Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut your cubed salmon steaks. Prick your salmon pieces on rosemary branches with tomatoes.
2. soak the skewers in the marinade you have prepared (olive oil, soy sauce and chopped onions). Cool and refrigerate for about four hours.
3. Cook the skewers on grill.
4. Taste for a sunny aperitif!
