ingredients
recipe 1.5 kg of prepared octopus and washed 4 lemons

2. Meanwhile, mix in a bowl of olive oil with white wine, the juice of 2 lemons onions and garlic. Season to taste with oregano, salt and pepper. Let marinate the octopus in this preparation for 1 hour minimum in the refrigerator.
3. Remove it from the marinade and fry on the griddle heated over high heat for 20 minutes.
