Burger Chicken Lebanese
Cooking time: 5 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 6 people
Ingredients 800g chicken breast 1 red chilli
2 cloves garlic 1 red onion
1 small bunch coriander

1. Chop the chicken knife. Chop finely vegetables and cilantro. In a large bowl, mix the meat, vegetables and herbs. Add the spices and season.
2. Take some of the mixture with a large spoon, then Shape mini steaks with wet hands. Do this until all the mince. Book cool until sitting down to eat.
3. Prepare the sauce by mixing the Greek yoghurt, chopped mint, olive oil, cumin and a little salt. Cool and refrigerate. Wash salad, slice in cucumber (without peel). Cool and refrigerate.
4. Heat the Kokko, oil lightly. Heat the pita bread 2 minutes on each side, make a notch on one edge. Slip into each loaf a lettuce leaf and a chicken steak. Add a few slices of cucumber and a little sauce.
