Pork ribs roasted barbecue sauce and whiskey

pork ribs 10cl tomato sauce
2 c. tomato ketchup
2 c. Coffee
2 c Cider vinegar. tablespoon
whiskey 1 c. of mustard
1 tablespoon oil
1 c.
tablespoon honey 1 pinch of Espelette pepper Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of barbecue whiskey sauce. Place the pork chops in the dish and coat well with marinade.
2. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours, taking care to return from time to time. Grill the ribs on each side on a hot Kokko.
3. Serve immediately with potatoes.
Tip: You can replace the pork ribs with ribs. For children, simply remove the whiskey marinade.
