soy sauce salmon steak

Ingredients 4 salmon steaks on skin
4 c. soy sauce
Fleur de sel Preparation:
1. Preheat Kokko medium heat.
2. Salt the salmon steaks flesh side and drop them on your griddle for about 5 minutes until the edges become slightly white.
3. Sprinkle soy sauce and return them immediately to continue cooking 2 minutes. Remove them gently in stainless steel plancha and immediately deglaze with a little water to get the juices and get a tasty sauce.
4. Serve immediately with sauce cobblestones.
