4 large slices of foie gras
costs 3 apples (type granny smith)
50 g salted butter

Parsley Balsamic vinegar Preparation
1. Peel and cut apples into slices. Season the foie gras to taste.
2. Turn on Kokko high heat. Place the butter, sliced apples and foie gras. Brown for one minute per side.
3. Make the dish: put the apple slices and foie gras. You can add parsley or balsamic vinegar.
