Small mats with ham and eggs
Cooking time: 20 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 6 people
Ingredients
6 potatoes

eggs 3 slices ham
1 onion
Salt, pepper
olive oil Parsley
chive butter Optional: paprika and nutmeg Preparation
1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Grate them with a coarse grater.
2. Peel and chop the onion, chop the parsley. Mix the potatoes with onion, parsley and 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper (and possibly spices).
3. Turn on your Kokko. Oil it and add a knob of butter. 6 Make small piles with the preparation and flatten like a pancake. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes then let brown over medium heat for 8 minutes on each side.
4. Meanwhile, cook 6 fried eggs and cut out 6 circles in the ham.
5. Training: place mats on a plate, then the ham circles and finally the fried eggs on top. Garnish with chives.
Tip: Serve with a green salad decorated with tomatoes p>.
