Stuffed chicken fillets
Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 6 people
Ingredients 6 chicken breasts
2 balls of mozzarella
12 beautiful fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp. tablespoons of black tapenade
12 tomatoes Oil
Olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation
1. Cut the scallops in half. Cover each piece of stretch film and flatten with the flat of a knife or the bottom of a pan.
2. Cut the mozzarella balls into thin slices. On each piece of chicken, lay a little tapenade. Add a slice of mozzarella, a tomato confit and basil leaf.
3. Fold in half and secure with a toothpick. Sprinkle each fillet with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
4. Cook the meat on a hot Kokko for 15 minutes flipping long time.
