Fisheries and roasted figs

Ingredients 6 yellow peaches

figs 50g brown sugar
6 scoops vanilla
Preparation
1. Cut the figs in half. Peel peaches and cut them in half, remove pits. Sprinkle some brown sugar on the cut side of fruit.
2. Heat the Kokko medium heat, remove the fruit, sweet side against the plate, and caramelize 5 minutes.
3. Immediately remove and distribute peaches and figs on individual plates.
4. Let cool then add on the side of an ice cream scoop of vanilla. Enjoy immediately.
Tip: You can substitute peaches and figs by other fruits: melons, apricots, plums ...
