Skewered shrimp and sausage Molene
Ingredients 1 sausage Molène
48 prawns Rosemary (a branch)
1 small glass Pastis
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation 1. Cook the sausage for about fifteen minutes in boiling water and then cut into slices.
2. Peel your prawns. Marinate with olive oil and rosemary. Add salt and pepper.
3. Prick 2 prawns on skewers and a piece of sausage. Make enter your skewers on your Kokko for 5 minutes on each side.
4. When your skewers become golden, sprinkle top of pastis and flambé.
