Skewers of chicken curry and peppers
Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4 people Ingredients
2 chicken breasts 1 green pepper
6 c. tablespoon olive oil
1 c.
curry powder 1 pinch of cumin Salt
Pepper Preparation:
1. Cut chicken into chunks of about 2 to 3 cm wide.
2. In a bowl, pour the olive oil, curry, salt and pepper and mix. Add to prepare beforehand cut chicken pieces. Stir until chicken pieces evenly coated with the preparation and marinate 1 hour.
4. Prick then the chicken and peppers on skewers alternating.
5. Sprinkle cumin seeds skewers.
6. Heat the griddle.
7. Place the skewers over and cook 15 minutes, turning regularly to get even cooking.
You just have to serve and delight your guests!
