Bream with lemon
Cooking time: 12 min - Preparation time: 30 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 4
bream 150 ml lemon juice
4 c. mL dry white wine
3 c. tablespoon olive oil
1 c. Coffee mustard seed VSEL
and freshly ground pepper 1/2 tsp. Coffee turmeric
1 white onion 1 lemon Preparation
1. Wash and drain your bream and hack them on each side.
2. Make the marinade by mixing all other ingredients (except lemon and onion).
3. Cut your lemon and onions in your washer. In each bream insert a slice of lemon, an onion and a bay leaf.
4. have a flat bream and lemon slices and onions you have left. Put your marinade in the fridge overnight.
5. Cook your bream on your Kokko for 6 minutes on each side.
