Steak grilled tuna and carrot puree

Ingredients
2 tuna pavers
Pepper crushed
For the puree:

carrots 2
potatoes butter
A big pinch of cumin
10 cl of coconut milk Preparation
1. Prepare your puree: cook carrots in water and the potatoes peeled and cut into pieces for about 20 minutes. Then mix with a knob of butter, cumin and coconut milk.
2. Lubricate your pavers tuna and roll them in salt and pepper. Cook them on your Kokko then 2 minutes on each side.
3. Make your plate and enjoy!
