chicken skewers and peppers

1. Prepare your chicken by cutting white cubes of medium size. In a dish, mix the olive oil, spices and herbs. Dip the chicken in it. Then add the onion cut into wedges and diced peppers. Let marinate 1 hour.
2. Realize your skewers, spicy diced chicken with onions and peppers. Cut eggplant into your thick slice in the length. Squeeze the garlic cloves, then, make a small mixing with olive oil, garlic, spices and herbs.
3. Turn on your Kokko over medium heat and have a side of eggplant and the other chicken skewers. Cook for 5 minutes and then return aubergines and kebabs.
