Stuffed zucchini

Ingredients
2 long courgettes 2 garlic cloves 1 onion
250 g ground beef
Salt, pepper tomatoes
olive oil 3 grated
provence herbs Optional: spices (cumin, paprika, turmeric) Preparation
1. Wash and cut zucchini in the lengthwise direction. Scoop out with a spoon and keep the flesh.
2. Turn on your Kokko and oil it. Sauté the onion and zucchini pulp. Add salt and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, herbs and spices and mix well. Finally, add the minced meat.
3. Top your zucchini with the preparation of minced meat. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. A few minutes before the end of cooking, you can sprinkle your grated cheese dish.
