Pizza green leek and Roquefort
Cooking time: 25 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 1 pizza dough ready to use 2 large leeks
50 grams of Roquefort 1 ball
40 gr parmesan mozzarella 10 gr of butter
1 c. Coffee
dried oregano 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
Olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation
1. Wash and finely slice the leeks. Heat the butter in a pan and let braise the leek ten minutes on low heat. Add salt and pepper.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on the work surface. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and spread them on the dough. Sprinkle with half the Parmesan.
3. Then divide the leeks and the crumbled Roquefort. Sprinkle with oregano, remaining Parmesan and Espelette pepper. Add a little olive oil.
4. Bake in preheated Kokko. Cook for ten to fifteen minutes.
Tip: Vary the pleasures replacing Roquefort by the Auvergne blue p>.
