Medallions of filet mignon a la plancha
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation Time: 2:10 pm - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients 1 pork tenderloin 12
fresh breast slices 2 Tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
1 c. soy sauce 1 c
. of honey
1 c. Coffee smoked paprika
Preparation:
1; Reward slices of a fillet of 1,5cm thickness. Then wrap them with a thin slice chest and hold with two spades.
2; Make a marinade with all the other ingredients. With a brush of your medallions marinade. Cool and refrigerate for about two hours.
3. Type your medallions on the grill of your Kokko you have oiled. Suffice it to five minutes for each side.
