Grilled Sesame Chicken
Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts 150 g each
2 liquid yogurt
3 lemons
12 fresh figs
2 spoon (s) mL peanut oil
6 50 g of butter spoon (s) mL of fresh mustard
sesame seeds Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Press lemons.
2. Mix in a hollow dish juice of two lemons with yoghurt and two tablespoons of mustard. Add salt and pepper.
3. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, dry figs with a damp cloth. Cut the shape of flowers. Reserve them in a pan.
4. Drain the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice. Notch the edges.
5. On the griddle, brown the chicken cutlets for about 2 minutes. on each side. Add salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle half the sesame seeds. Put them on a hot griddle for 3 min. Repeat the same procedure for the other side.
7. Make warm over low heat figs in the butter for 5 minutes. about.
8. On each plate, make a cutlet golden sesame chicken, surrounded by two back figs in butter.
