Ingredients
2 veal osselines 180g each
100g fresh green beans and organic
2 slices of bacon
3 organic heirloom tomatoes (zebra) Preparation
1. Think out your osselines calf 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Make cook your green beans in well-salted water for 10 minutes so that they keep a beautiful color. Roll then your beans in a bundle in a slice of bacon.
