Kokko production partner for Top Chef!

Our Kokkos are proud to be in Top Chef! The Top Chef show broadcast on M6 has established itself in 13 years as the leading culinary competition on French television. Over the years, the program has revealed great chefs such as Stéphanie Le Quellec or Jean Imbert, who are now both Michelin-starred. For several seasons, you have been able to find our Kamados in the show, since our Kokko is the Top Chef barbecue!

Kokko from appetizer to dessert...

The Top Chef contestants are redoubling their imagination to vary the cooking methods with Kokko. During season 12, for example, Chloé Charles presented a panna cotta with Kokko smoked milk during a 100% milk challenge, and Mohamed Cheikh's leg of lamb cooked in the embers of the Kokko delighted the jury's taste buds.

Kokko is a hit with chefs! Following his notable appearance on the show in 2021 and his Kokko-prepared mackerel rillettes, Matthias Marc opened Braise, a restaurant in Paris centered around cooking with fire. The former contestant from season 3 of Top Chef, Juan Arbelaez, now owns 12 restaurants in the Paris region. He has even equipped 2 of his establishments with Kokko barbecues. Our Kamados are notably featured in his restaurant Vida, where Juan worked with another Top Chef alum, Tania Cadeddu, and where they offer many dishes made with Kokko!
