This cooking plate is reversible. It can be used to cook your vegetables evenly on one side and sear your meat on the other! It has two different levels: a low setting for cooking large pieces of meat anda high setting for cooking thinly sliced vegetables, for example. This cast iron plate is the perfect fit for your 18" or 22" Kokko kamado.

Good to know: Use it with the Kokko cooking bell for a steaming effect and even more tender food.

Recommendations for use: Place the plate on the grill of your kamado. Preheat the plate thoroughly and oil lightly before placing your food on it for perfect markings and a golden texture.
Care: After each use, wipe with a dry cloth and apply a thin layer of oil to protect the cast iron.
