Salmon smokes

You need a good mitring.
Place the board in the water for at least 5 hours or more before use.
Keep a constant eye on it to make sure it doesn't catch fire.
Brush it with water during cooking. Before installing the fish, rub with olive oil to prevent the skin from sticking.
