Description
The wood chips are designed for hot smoking.
To use them, simply place them on top of the charcoal or in a smoke generator tube before placing it at the bottom of your kamado. Hot smoking gives food a delicately smoked flavour and is also often carried out during long cooks at low temperatures.
Good to know : You can soak the chips in water for 30 minutes before use to increase the amount of smoke during cooking.
