Naan with Fourme d'Ambert
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 20 min - For: 4 personnes
Ingredients 300 g flour
150 ml of whole milk
1/2 baking powder 1 c. tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tsp.
coffee to garlic 1/2 tsp. Coffee Provencal herbs
a little tomato sauce
2 thin slices of Fourme d'Ambert
Preparation:
1. Start by mixing the flour and baking powder, then add the garlic and herbs Provence. Dig a well in the center and pour slowly the milk and oil.
2.Using a wooden spoon, gently mix together. A dough ball is formed. Add, if necessary, a little warm water. Let stand one hour.
3. Separate your ball in two lumps of same size. Flatten them to using a roller, and then, divide the above tomato sauce leaving an edge of about 1 cm. Then place a slice of Fourme d'Ambert in the first half and fold in half your naan (it should resemble a slipper). Solder the edges between them.
