Why did you choose a Kamado barbecue like the Kokko?
After comparing numerous barbecue models, I chose a Kamado for its versatility. The Kokko combines grilling, smoking and slow cooking at low temperatures. It's an authentic and original cooking method, ideal for exploring different flavors.
What's your favorite dish to make with the Kamado Kokko?
I'd have to say the beechwood-smoked ribs. The taste is incredible, the meat is tender and impregnated with deep aromas thanks to the slow cooking and smoking in the Kamado.
A tip for Kamado barbecue enthusiasts?
Always fill your Kokko in the same way, whether you're doing long cooking or quick grilling. This helps you to better understand how the Kamado reacts, to manage temperature precisely, and to control cooking over time.
How often do you use your Kokko barbecue?
As often as possible! Solo, with family or friends, every occasion is a good one for cooking with the Kamado. I'm particularly looking forward to using the Kokko in autumn and winter for cold smoking: coppa, pancetta, ham, home-smoked fish... a real pleasure.
