Ingredients
1 organic pineapple
Brown sugar
Preparation:
1. Peel your pineapple "raw" and cut into 1.5 cm-thick slices.
2. Put some brown sugar on a plate and roll the pineapple slices back and forth in the brown sugar.
3. Bake the slices on the grill of your Kokko or on a cast-iron griddle for 2/3 minutes.
4. Enjoy your pineapple soft and crunchy, hot and warm inside.
Tip: For extra freshness, serve the pineapple with finely chopped fresh mint.
