1 organic pineapple
Brown sugar
Preparation:
1. Peel your pineapple "raw" and cut it into 1.5 cm thick slices.
2. Put brown sugar on a plate and coat the pineapple slices in the brown sugar on both sides.
3. Cook the slices on the grill of your Kokko or on a cast iron plate for 2/3 minutes.
4. Enjoy your soft, crispy, hot and warm pineapple inside.
Tip: For more freshness, serve the pineapple with finely chopped fresh mint.
