Ingredients:
4 apples
150 g flour
150 g butter (25 g + 125 g)
75 g brown sugar
25 g white sugar
1 g vanilla pod
Cinnamon powder
Materials:

Small cast-iron frying pan
Preparation:
1. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.
2. In your small cast-iron frying pan, caramelize the apples with a little butter (25 g) and white sugar. Add a tablespoon of cinnamon (more or less, to taste) and the seeds of the vanilla pod. Pour the mixture into the buttered black clay dish.
3. In the mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and soft butter. Mash with your fingers until you obtain a grainy paste. Spread the dough over the apples.
4. Turn your Kokko on to 220°C and bake the crumble for 30 minutes in your black clay dish.
Tip: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
