Crispy babybel


Cooking time: 5 min - Preparation time: 5 min - Serves: 2

Ingredients

6 Babybel
3 slices smoked cured ham
1 sprig thyme
1 egg
Fine breadcrumbs

Flour Green salad


Preparation:

1. Open Babybel. Place flour, breadcrumbs and beaten egg in three separate bowls. Cover the Babybels with flour, then dip them in the egg and breadcrumbs.

2. Repeat the operation a second time to obtain a nice layer of breadcrumbs. Cut ham slices in half lengthwise.

3. Surround the cheeses with a slice of ham, and slide two pieces of thyme sprig under the ham.

4. On a hot Kokko baking sheet, drizzle with oil and brown the cheeses on both sides. Serve immediately on a bed of green salad.

Tip: You can prepare the recipe in advance, placing the cheese in a cool place and browning it just before serving it to your guests. You can flavour your breading with spices.
