Bagels with smoked bacon

Ingredients

8 slices of smoked bacon
4 bagels
4 eggs
200 g of mushrooms
12 cl of crème fraîche
Butter
Chives


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko to low heat. Clean your mushrooms with clear water and cut them into thin slices. Cut the bagels in half and butter them. Beat the eggs into an omelette with the liquid cream and chopped chives. Add salt and pepper.

2. On your Kokko, pour the beaten eggs and stir them regularly to make scrambled eggs. At the same time, cook your slices of smoked bacon and your mushrooms, as well as the slices of bagel so that they brown slightly.

3. Assemble your plate: layer the bacon, eggs and mushrooms and close the bread. Serve hot!
