2 slices of bonito
Flour
6 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Cook your minced garlic cloves on your Kokko with olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Remove the preparation when the cloves become transparent. Set aside your sauce (make sure it does not cool down).
2. Roll your slices in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook your bonito on the oiled Kokko for a few minutes on each side and drizzle with sauce. Arrange your plates and enjoy!
4. Tip: accompany your dish with potatoes and a small salad of tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
