Raspberry French toast


Cooking time: 4 min - Preparation time: 5 min - For: 4 people

Ingredients

4 slices of brioche
2 eggs
25 cl milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
250 g raspberries
60 g sugar


Preparation:

1. In a dish, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla sugar. Light your Kokko over medium heat and let it heat for 2 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, soak your brioche slices in the prepared mixture. Place the slices on the Kokko and let them brown for 1 minute on each side.

3. On the other side of the Kokko, pour half of the sugar, then place the raspberries on top and finish covering with the remaining sugar. The sugar will caramelize the raspberries. Stir regularly for 4 minutes.

4. Serve your French toast with the caramelized raspberries on top. Eat while it's hot!
