Ingredients
2 duck breasts
4 apricots
1 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sherry vinegar
1 tbsp of honey
Herbs from Provence
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Remove the fat from your duck breasts and cut them into cubes. After washing your apricots, cut them into quarters.
Make your marinade by mixing all the ingredients. Alternate your pieces of duck and apricots on skewers.
Brush your skewers with marinade and set aside in the refrigerator for one hour.
On your Kokko griddle, cook your skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.
