Ingredients
2 duck breasts
4 apricots
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Herbes de provence
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Degrease your duck breasts and cut into cubes. After washing your apricots, cut them into quarters.
Make your marinade by mixing all the ingredients. Alternately skewer your duck and apricot pieces.
Brush your skewers with the marinade and chill for one hour.
On your Kokko plancha, cook your skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.
