Fruit skewers and melon soup


Cooking time: 2 min - Preparation time: 30 min - For: 2 people

Ingredients

1 melon
2 apricots
6 greengage plums
4 tbsp sugar
2 sprigs of rosemary


Preparation:

1. Take 4 melon balls. Then with what remains of the melon, make a velouté by mixing the flesh and set aside in the refrigerator.

2. Cut your apricots in 2 and make 2 balls with a spoon. Cut your greengage plums in 2 and remove the pits. Then fill the pit location with apricot. Then, reassemble the greengage plums and prick them on a rosemary branch, alternating them with melon and apricot balls.

3. Cook your skewers on your Kokko for one minute on each side with the sugar spread out next to it. When it starts to caramelize, roll the skewer in it.

4. Serve your skewers with the cold melon velouté. All that's left to do is enjoy this delicious hot/cold mix.
