Ingredients
300 g frozen squid rings
6 shrimp
1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 red onion
1 lemon
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tsp spices (sweet pepper, ginger, turmeric, paprika, coriander, cumin)
Preparation:
1. Prepare a marinade by mixing the spices, lemon juice and oil. Add the squid rings and shrimp cut in half, the peppers cut into strips, and the onion cut into small pieces. Set aside in the refrigerator for one hour.
2. Preheat your plancha for 5 minutes and put a drizzle of oil on the cooking plate, then cook, stirring very often.
3. Pour the marinade halfway through cooking on the Kokko.
4. Enjoy hot on toast or with a green salad!
