Ingredients:
20 ml of crème fraîche
1 camembert
10 walnuts
Preparation:
1. Cut the camembert into two parts lengthwise;
2. Spread crème fraîche on each part.
3. Crush the walnuts and spread them on one part of the camembert and close with the second.
4. Place your Camembert in a dish and then in your Kokko.
5. Cold smoke for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the desired smoking level.
6. Take it out of your Kokko and let it breathe for about 10 minutes.
