Cherry tomato and goat cheese sandwiches


Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 5 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

8 slices of bread
A dozen cherry tomatoes
250g fresh goat's cheese
1 tsp mustard
1 clove garlic
Olive oil
Herbes de Provence


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes and mix.

2. Mix the goat's cheese with the mustard and herbes de provence. Rub the bread slices with olive oil and the garlic clove before browning them on the plancha with the cherry tomatoes.

3. Remove the bread slices from the Kokko and spread with goat's cheese, then arrange the cherry tomatoes on top.

Tip: Serve with a salad as an appetizer, or cut in half for an aperitif!
