Chicken and bacon burger


Cooking time: 30 min - Preparation time: 30 min - For: 4 people

Ingredients

6 hamburger buns (see the recipe in our recipe section)
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
4 slices of bacon
4 slices of cheddar
Barbecue sauce
1 large onion


Preparation:


1. Start by slicing the onion into thin strips. Beat the egg in a bowl and place the breadcrumbs in a small plate. Then, cut your chicken fillets in 2 lengthwise. Make breaded chicken fillets by dipping your fillets successively in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.

2. Heat your Kokko over high heat. Once your plate is hot, sear your breaded chicken fillets and let them cook until they are golden brown.

3. Also arrange your onions and let them soften gently. Sear the bacon slices so that they are slightly grilled and crispy.

4. All that remains is to assemble your chicken burgers. Arrange your buns cut in 2. On the lower part, put a slice of cheddar, a chicken fillet and enjoy!
