Ingredients

8 razor clams
Parsley
Olive oil
1 Lemon
Pepper


Preparation:

1. Cook your razor clams on your very hot and lightly oiled Kokko until they open.

2. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice and pepper.

3. Enjoy immediately while hot!

Tip: Do not overcook the razor clams or they will become rubbery.
