Duck breast with fruit


Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 10 min - For: 4 people

Ingredients:

2 duck breasts
2 peaches
4 apricots
olive oil
1 tsp of thyme
Salt, pepper

Material:


Kamado kokko L
or Kamado Kokko XL
Round cast-iron griddle
Large stainless steel tongs
Large round black Chamba clay dish


Preparation:

1. Wash the fruit. Peel the peaches and cut them into slices. Also cut the apricots in half.

2. Oil the Kokko and heat it for a few moments.

3. Place the duck breasts skin-side down on the plate. Then put the fruit to brown on the side.

4. Sprinkle the meat and fruit with thyme and cook for 15 minutes. Remember to remove the fruit before the duck breast as it requires less cooking time. At the end of cooking, turn the duck breast over, salt and pepper.

You can now serve this gourmet meal to all your guests!
