Ingredients
48 snails with their shells
350 g butter
4 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Chop the shallots and crush the garlic. Then mix with the parsley, salt and pepper to your liking.
2. Work the butter until smooth with the previously prepared ingredients.
3. Preheat your Kokko to 240°C.
4. Place a knob of butter in each shell, smoothing the surface well. Place the snails in an oven dish, garnished with dried beans so that they hold well, shell on their backs. Cook for 8 minutes.
Tip: Enjoy your snails with a dry white wine.
