Goat's cheese and pear bricks


Cooking time: 5 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 6

Ingredients

6 sheets of brick pastry
3 pears
6 small fresh goat cheeses
50 g butter
A few stems of parsley

Material:

Kamado Kokko L
or Kamado Kokko XL
Round cast-iron griddle
Set of 4 stainless steel utensils
including a brush for buttering brick pastry sheets, a spatula, tongs and a large fork
Chamba black clay plate


Preparation:

1. Melt the butter in a bowl. Peel and slice the pears.

2. Butter the brick pastry sheets with a brush. Place pear slices in the center of each sheet and halve the goat's cheese on top.

3. Add a few parsley leaves and fold into the shape of a turnover. Butter again to seal the layers.

4. Cook on the Kokko's cast-iron baking tray over a low heat until the bricks are golden brown on both sides. Serve while hot!

Tip: Serve with a seasoned salad and a few walnuts.
